MOONSPELL forced to move London show one day to April 3, 2015!

MOONSPELL have had to move their upcoming London show one day due to the sad news that guitar player Ricardo Amorim's father passed away.

Due to scheduling postponing it until a later date isn’t possible. All tickets for the original date are still valid.

A quote from the band:

"It is with deepest sorrow and regret that we got the news this morning that our brother and Moonspell's guitar player Ricardo Amorim's father passed away.

Obviously some privacy is due and we'll keep the details to ourselves, but the repercussions of this are obvious and although we are trying our utmost to keep the ripples in the water from turning into a tidal wave, a solution had to be found so that Ricardo can attend his father's funeral and bid his last farewell.

As such, and out of a sense of commitment to our fans, we found a solution that allowed the show in London to happen regardless, but the date has necessarily been changed to Good Friday, April 3rd.

We collectively and in behalf of our friend and brother thank you for your understanding and sympathy, fully aware that this change might affect your plans. We, however, hope that you will join us in The Underworld on Friday, regardless. If ever there was a valid reason for a postponement, this is it.

Nothing would warm our wolfheart’s more than going on stage before a packed venue in this dark time, so we call upon you to join us and give us the energy we need to overcome this.

Always under the spell."

KRISIUN – in the studio with Erik Rutan

Death Metal Maniacs KRISIUN just entered Mana Recording Studios in Florida, USA to start the recording of their new album, set to be released in the late summer/early autumn of 2015.

Producer of the new album is nobody less than Erik Rutan, the brain and heart of death metal masters HATE ETERNAL and former guitarist of MORBID ANGEL. Rutan has worked as a producer for his own band as well as for Cannibal Corpse, Six Feet Under, Malevolent Creation, Madball, Agnostic Front, to name just a few.

He also co-produced Krisiun's 'Conquerors of Armageddon' album back in 1999, until today justly considered one of the most brutal death metal albums of all times.

Rutan comments:

"Working with Krisiun at Mana Recording is such an honor for me. We worked together on ‘Conquerors of Armageddon’ in 1999 during the beginning stages of my producing career and for us to work together again now is just fantastic! Krisiun are one of the best death metal bands out there. Their bond musically and creatively is so unique. The new material is and heavy with this savage primal brutality! Lots of vibe and dynamics. The drum tones and performances came out pummeling. The rhythm guitars are huge and tight as hell. The bass is punishingly heavy and attacking. We have started tracking vocals now and starting to work on additional guitars and solos as well. This will be an album every death metal fan surely cannot miss!"

KRISIUN are also confirmed for the following European festivals and club shows this summer:

Turbowolf announce full album stream & intimate in-stores

‘TWO HANDS’ – the album
Available to stream in full at
Released via Spinefarm/Search & Destroy On April 6th

Kingston & Bristol in-store performances & signings

Bristolian alt-rockers Turbowolf have made their bombastically explosive second album, ‘Two Hands’, available to stream right now in full from their website The band have also announced two intimate in-store live performances and signings at the dates below.

06/04/15 – Bristol - Rise Records
07/04/15 – Kingston - Banquet Records

‘Two Hands’, which is out on April 6th on Spinefarm Records/Search & Destroy (via Universal Music) and co-produced with Tom Dalgety (Royal Blood, Band of Skulls, Opeth), is a master class in taking rock music to the outer limits and creating something truly unique. Stuffed to the gills with grooves, riffs and rhythms to make you lose your mind it reaches deep into the secret history of mankind and ponders the wonders of evolution.

From the slow and sludgy Black Sabbath-esque chugs of ‘Pale Horse’, to the relentless, frantic beats of ‘American Mirrors’ and ‘Rich Gift’, to the more laid-back, trippy sounds of ‘Invisible Hand’ and ‘Toy Memaha’, Turbowolf have delivered an album of unassailable sonic adventure, with an abundance of eclectic electronics, throbbing bass, bruising drums, fizzing guitars and the kind of vocals from singer Chris Georgiadis, that have you believe he’s singing for his very survival.

And in amongst the far-reaching eccentricities that Turbowolf have made their own, the band have an impeccable ear for a hit, with singles ‘Rabbits Foot’ and ‘Nine Lives’ eating up the airwaves with huge support at Radio 1 including ‘In New Music We Trust’ playlist and two Track Of The Day’s.

After the storming success of their recent tours with Royal Blood and Death From Above 1979, the band are getting back on the road to promote ‘Two Hands’, with a string of headline shows across the UK in April, European dates with Red Fang, and a selection of UK and European festivals.

About Zebrahead:

Many bands make an entrance into a particular scene, make a statement, and are suddenly yesterday's has-beens after an album or two. But after a dozen years, half a dozen albums, scores of countries, countless miles, a Grammy nomination for Best Metal Performance for their blistering cover of Metallica's “Enter Sandman” and immeasurable faces rocked, it's not entirely surprising that Orange County-based rock act Zebrahead have been able to not only maintain a distinct relevancy to the core fan base that grew up with the act, it's also been able to consistently break new ground and appeal to newer generations of audiences.
“What's strange is that kids are getting younger and younger every time we tour” says Zebrahead vocalist Ali Tabatabaee “I really don't know where they hear us or where they get our music from, but it truly is inspiring for us to keep writing and making music to see these kids showing up to the show and being such hardcore fans. I can't explain it. We're really fortunate”.
So, what's the big secret to such great fortune? Credit the quintet's truly innovative and ingenious meld of punk, hip-hop and alternative rock, which crosses over musical bounds, not to mention songwriting that's infallibly infectious. When Zebrahead first broke ground, erupting into the Southern California rock scene in the mid-'90s, the act was instantly recognized as a pioneer of a hybridized genre that, to this day, has not only lasted, but continues to flourish both domestically and internationally. And with members Ali Tabatabaee, Dan Palmer (guitar), Matty Lewis (vocals/guitar), Ben Osmundson (bass) and Ed Udhus (drums) fully engaged in their craft, Zebrahead's continued drive has no chance of letting down anytime soon.

Since 1997, the Osaka quartet’s songs of pain, human suffering, anger, frustration and alienation have seen them identify with the youth of Japan and become the forerunners of the Japanese rock scene. Within seven months of forming the band had a top ten single, within a year had sold out a 12,000 capacity venue, and by 1999 had three singles simultaneously in the top 10 - and it’s only gotten better for them since.

Their rapid ascent and commercial success is not the only incredible thing about this band. DIR EN GREY’s flexibility and musical development ensures that every album sounds unique, not just compared to previous efforts, but compared to anything else. Goths, metal-heads, rockers and punks have all found themselves amongst DIR EN GREY’s loyal and growing fancies in Japan, USA, Canada and mainland Europe.

With no doubt DIR EN GREY are unique enough to vividly stand out on the international rock scene and become as big as they have threatened to be since breaking into the rock world beyond Japan.

SECRETS OF THE SKY: Atmospheric Doom Quintet To Release Sophomore Full-Length Via Metal Blade Records This May

Details, Preorders + Teaser Track Revealed

Oakland-based atmospheric doom quintet and recent Metal Blade signees, SECRETS OF THE SKY, will release their long-awaited sophomore full-length this May. Titled Pathway, the mammoth thirteen-track follow-up to 2013's critically-heralded To Sail Black Waters full-length was engineered, mixed, mastered and co-produced by Juan Urteaga of Trident Studios with SECRETS OF THE SKY and finds the band at their most poignant.

Dark, brooding, pure, eclectic, Pathway features Garett Gazay fluctuating between monstrous growls and clean, soothing vocal cascades, all the while complimenting the twisted compositions of guitarists Andrew Green and Clayton Bartholomew. Bassist Ryan Healy and drummer Lance Lea round out the lineup, their rhythms and distinctive voices adding further depth to the collective's meticulous, blackened soundscrapes. Sonically, SECRETS OF THE SKY aimed for a massive, clean, and organic sounding production. Much time was invested in obtaining huge drum sounds and the focus was on single performance takes throughout the process. The result is an ambitious foray into conceptual storytelling, coupled with emotional music full of peaks and valleys. This is a metal record, to be sure, but more importantly, it sounds like an album of music. This is not a random sequencing of songs or a search for a "hit" single; the tracks all have their place in the story, and the cuts in between actually drive the narrative through sound effects and ambiance. SECRETS OF THE SKY's Pathway is an experience to be had, as well as a record to merely be heard.

Comments Bartholomew of first single, "Three Swords:" "'Three Swords' was the first song we put together for the new album when we started writing it back a year or so ago. In fact, the songs on the album were written in the order they appear on the record. The first album, To Sail Black Waters, ends with a single guitar part fading out, and the same riff fades in to the Pathway album via 'Three Swords.' The song is just a piece of the overall puzzle that constitutes Pathway, which I believe as an album is more well-rounded and dynamic as a whole than any of our previous work."

Experience the second movement, "Three Swords," right now at

Pathway Track Listing:
1. I
2. Three Swords
3. II
4. Angel in Vines
5. Another Light
6. III
7. IV
8. Garden of Prayers
9. V
10. Fosforos
11. VI
12. Eternal Wolves
13. VII

SECRETS OF THE SKY formed in the Oakland, California area in 2010 and have spent that past half decade building a reputation as one of the finest underground metal acts. They've patiently and deliberately developed a unique sound that melds psychedelic, progressive atmospheres with heavy doom. With their live show, they work to create a mood and offer an experience, a true companion piece to their albums. SECRETS OF THE SKY's debut album, To Sail Black Waters was released on Kolony Records in 2013 and managed to find its way onto year end lists in Decibel Magazine and across the blogosphere:,, and more.

Half of 2013 was devoted to touring, and lead to a split with Godhunter. In 2014, two new tracks were recorded and released as part of the cleverly titled split: GH/OST:S. The cassette edition was unleashed during the SECRETS OF THE SKY and Godhunter tour that June, followed by a deluxe LP and digital release in September via The Compound/Battleground Records. To cap off 2014, the band performed as part of Southwest Terror Fest (Neurosis, Sunn O))), Pelican, Goatsnake, etc.), and Salt Lake City's LuciFest. After the conclusion of their 2014 touring schedule, SECRETS OF THE SKY dedicated their time to writing and recording their sophomore effort, Pathway.

SECRETS OF THE SKY's Pathway will be officially unveiled on May 15th, 2015 via Metal Blade Records. For preorder bundles, scroll on over to:

Andrew Green - guitar
Clayton Bartholomew - guitar
Garett Gazay - vocals / keys
Ryan Healy - bass
Lance Lea - percussion

NATIVE CONSTRUCT Play Through Video Posted on Metal Injection

NATIVE CONSTRUCT will release their debut album Quiet World April 21st on Metal Blade Records. Today NATIVE CONSTRUCT has teamed up with Metal Injection for to debut the band's play through video for their song "The Spark of the Archon". This video, which features the intensely detailed guitar and bass portions of the song, can be seen HERE.

Listen to the first single, "Mute," and pre-order the album now at

Guitarist and composer Myles Yang's passion for innovation, coupled with his extensive academic study of arranging and compositional techniques, makes NATIVE CONSTRUCT a truly distinctive up-and-coming metal act. Yang, along with bassist Max Harchik, and vocalist Robert Edens completed work on their debut album Quiet World in between 2011 and 2013. By 2014, the band's music caught the ear of Brian Slagel at Metal Blade Records, and led to a recording contract and a worldwide release of the band's debut album.

Quiet World was largely self-produced and written between 2011 and 2013 in between the individual band members' studies at the Berklee College of Music. What began as jam sessions simply for fun eventually turned into a full-fledged musical endeavor. All tracking and programming was done at the band's home studios in Boston, MA, with the exception of vocals, which were recorded with Jamie King at The Basement Studios in Winston-Salem, NC. The album was mixed by Rich Mouser at The Mouse House Studio in Los Angeles, CA, and mastered by Jamie King (Between the Buried and Me, The Contortionist).

A brief listen to Quiet World is enough to make it apparent that there is a concept, here. Though it's best to let the band explain the album in their own words: "Quiet World is about a guy who loves a girl. The guy is a bit of an odd and eccentric person - an outcast. He's also a mute, and a little unstable, as it turns out. The girl doesn't return his feelings, but he can't bring himself to let go. As his unrequited passion for her devolves into obsession and eventual resentment, his mind begins to slip further and further away. He convinces himself that he can't be loved because of his condition and abnormalities. So he decides to create for himself a new, fantastic world of which he has complete control - a world where there are no oddballs or outcasts. A world where everyone is surrounded by people who are just like themselves: a much quieter world."

What is impressive about NATIVE CONSTRUCT is not necessarily an involved concept on a debut record, it's that they wrote, produced, and recorded the album while balancing schoolwork and on a college student budget. It's the epitome of "self produced." And what NATIVE CONSTRUCT wants fans to know is that "the composition process for this album was intensely meticulous from top to bottom. Each note, each lyric, each twist and each turn were arrived at with the utmost care. As such, we were able to weave rich, often subtle layers of meaning into the music and text. We're very excited for you all to experience the result of our efforts!"

Jack Daniel’s collaborates with cutting edge production company to shoot Rival Sons documentary music video

This week, Jack Daniel’s gave Holmfirth - a quaint and quintessentially British town in West Yorkshire - an unforgettable rock ‘n’ roll experience. The iconic Tennessee Whiskey brand bought LA rockers Rival Sons to the town as part of its Jack Rocks Your Town celebration. Arctic Monkey labelmates The Bohicas, local band Crybabycry and Radio 1’s Official Chart Show host Clara Amfo completed the line-up for the extraordinary night in Holmfirth.

Splendid Creative Director Frank Broughton and Director Davis Sillis along with his crew from Bullion Productions accompanied Rival Sons around the town for two days as the hotly tipped Californian band kicked off their world tour in this most unlikely of locations. Taking visual inspiration from classic concert films such as The Last Waltz and Shine a light, the resulting documentary music video captures their dramatic arrival, the excitement of the concert, and in true fly-on-the wall style, the surprising friendships as the town gradually takes these US rockers to its heart.

Splendid have been working with Jack Daniel’s on retainer since 2014 and created this concept, bringing Bullion Productions on board as production partners. Despite being still in its infancy, Bullion are fast gaining a reputation for producing striking and genuinely engaging music-related video. Maverick in the fact that they’re structured more like a studio than a traditional production outfit, its pool of creatives, directors, writers and VFX specialists collaborate across all projects. They’ve worked with some of the hottest names in music recently including Reading Festival headliners The Kooks, triple I Award winner Jamie T Belgium’s Soulwax and massive UK dance duo Disclosure.

The track used in the video is ‘Good Luck’ by Rival Sons, from their album Great Western Valkyrie and you can watch it here:

Davis Sillis, Director at Bullion commented “When we were approached by Jack Daniel’s, we were instantly drawn to the concept of capturing rock ‘n’ roll in its original setting – on the road and in particular in a town that’s unlike any other on Rival Sons’ UK tour. We knew that the project would create some captivating and curious moments that we couldn’t wait to get on camera.”

Frank Broughton, Creative Director commented “We’re moving Jack into some really interesting territory; taking a classic brand with a real history in popular culture and making it fresh and relevant to a millennial audience. Bullion is a really exciting production house and they've given us some beautiful work under incredibly tight time pressure”.

Michael Boaler, Senior Brand Manager at Jack Daniel’s commented “This video truly encapsulates the spirit of Jack – authenticity, benevolence and a memorable music moment for the town of Holmfirth. We hope that people enjoy watching it as much as we did producing it.”

Jack Rocks Your Town continues Jack Daniel’s Jack Rocks series of events celebrating live music in real places and follows on from their four-month collaboration with the East London venue Jack Rocks The Macbeth and its ongoing monthly Jack Rocks partnership with iconic independent venues all over the UK.

Atlanta rock 'n' roll tearaways Biters have announced a worldwide recording deal with Earache Records.

Recalling the early spirit and danger of rabble-rousing rock heroes, Biters have faithfully built upon their punk heritage and their love of 70’s rock to deliver music that ignites, incites and excites in equal measure.

Possessing a heart full of rock 'n' roll, the band play foot stomping, fist pumping, spit-on-the-floor anthems possessed of a fighting spirit that refuses to give in.

Band leader Tuk explains the band's outlook:

"Corporate pop culture and fairweather fads is just something I'm not interested in. I still choose to play rock ‘n’ roll, because I still believe in rock ‘n’ roll."

Earache's Dan Tobin comments:

"Biters have lit a fire under us here at Earache. Their brand of rock forces you to take part - its so immediate, accessible and exciting that the labelhad to get involved. Most of all, its completely believable - its makes you want to fight for this kind of music to be heard. There is a gang mentalitywith Biters that is very strong, and we are thrilled to join forces with them."

An aura of recklessness and intimidation surrounds the Biters mythology. Yet amongst all of the raw riffage, teethmarks and broken glass, the band serve up instant hooks and shout-a-long choruses. This ear for melody has not been lost on others - the likes of Green Day have proclaimed Biters among their favourite new bands.

'Electric Blood' is Biters debut album for Earache and is released on July 13. A single, ‘Restless Hearts’, will precede the album and can be heard here:

If you haven't had a chance to check out the stunning debut offering from WOVENWAR, you are truly missing out on one of the most impactful metal albums in years. The band kicked off 2015 on a massive North American tour alongside Periphery and Nothing More to nothing but rave reviews.

WOVENWAR's self-titled debut was released in August of 2014 and landed at #36 on the Billboard Top 200 charts. On iTunes, the album peaked at #2 on the rock charts, and #1 on the metal charts during its week of release. In Germany the album landed on position 41 in the official Media Control Charts.

Revolver Magazine heralded the album as “more multifaceted than anything by As I Lay Dying,” and Decibel Magazine added that “WOVENWAR sounds confident, vital, and even liberated on this splendid debut.”

PURSON have joined forces with Spinefarm Records for a worldwide deal that will see second studio album, ‘Desire’s Magic Theatre’, released this autumn in the wake of a number of high-profile festivals & shows, including Download in the UK.

The UK outfit – whose music touches a variety of realms, including folk, prog, psychedelic, gothic & classic rock, blending other-worldly romance with shadowy foreboding – are currently in the studio putting the finishing touches to ‘Desire’s Magic Theatre’, which will be released under the Spinefarm / Machine Elf Records banner…

Says singer / guitarist / song-writer Rosalie Cunningham: “As I sit here in the control room at Gizzard Studios, the pride of East London, I’m excitedly realising that our second album has turned out to be everything I’d imagined and more!

“My world has been so consumed by it that I’ve barely been able to reflect on what it has become: a technicolour variety show, a playful display of the musical whims only briefly hinted at in our previous work; a psychedelic rock opera dedicated to our good friends Sarge Pepper and Zig Stardust.

“The twists in the tale have been carved out by the path we’ve taken over the last 12 months. It’s been constantly shape-shifting and developing with all the wonderful experiences we’ve had.

“On behalf of the band, I give thanks to everyone who has bought a Purson record and been to our shows. Your continued support means everything… and you have our promise that the best is yet to come…”

Says Spinefarm Records General Manager UK, Dante Bonutto: “I’ve been following Purson since the early days of their career, and I’ve always considered the band something special; I like their vision, their theatricality, and their refusal to be corralled by a single musical genre. Purson really dohave an expansive approach to their craft, and as a song-writer, Rosalie is a unique talent on the rise. In all ways, their future is bright, and I’m delighted that Spinefarm & Purson have now forged this fresh alliance...”

PURSON are also thrilled to confirm an appearance at this year’s Download Festival, playing live on the hallowed ground of Donington Park for the first time – part of a run of European events and UK shows that kicked off in March…

“A phenomenal year beckons for us and we look forward to a schedule packed with live shows at a variety of venues including the spiritual home of rock – Donington Park. We are ecstatic to be playing at the mighty Download Festival!” – Rosalie Cunningham

The band– Cunningham, George Hudson (guitars), Justin Smith (bass) & Sam Shove (keyboards) – will once again meet up with KISS at Download, having opened for them on last year’s KISS Kruise; Purson also rounded off 2014 with a nomination in the ‘Limelight’ category for new & emerging talent at the Classic Prog Awards, following which theyreleased (in November) the four-track 'In The Meantime' EP, mastered by John Davis from Metropolis (Zeppelin, U2, Lana Del Rey, etc.]

The EP – along with their acclaimed debut album, 2013's ‘The Circle and the Blue Door’ – saw their colour-saturated tapestries of Sabbath and Beatles- tinged tales, evoking the sinister folkish English horror of the early ’70s, celebrated by the likes of Classic Rock, Mojo, BBC 6Music, BBC Radio1, Metal Hammer, XFM and Kerrang!.

THEORIES: New Full-Length From Pacific Northwest Death Grind Miscreants Streaming In Full At Invisible Oranges

Regression To See North American Release Next Week

Today Pacific Northwest death grind miscreants, THEORIES, offer up the molten fruitage of their impending Regression full-length in its scathing entirety via Invisible Oranges.

Captured at The Red Room and The Boiler Room with producer/engineer Derek Moree (The Sword, Pelican, Minus The Bear et al) with mixing and mastering conducted by Visceral Sound's Scott Hull (Pig Destroyer, Agoraphobic Nosebleed), Regression flaunts ten vehement tracks of jagged, confrontational, crust-infused death grind centered on the wanton truths of social discontent, economic uncertainty, environmental catastrophes, and the inevitable cycle of decay.

Elaborates drummer Joe Axler of THEORIES' upcoming release, "We are very fucking stoked to unleash this record onto all of y'all and feel like at this time, in 2015, with a lot of metal being released in genres that we enjoy but don't play, we wanted to make sure to make as pissed off a record as we could. Due to what seems like a lack of grind and death grind bands around right now, we hope this will make its mark and bring something to the table in the genre/scene we fit into."

Witness Regression in all its maniacal glory at THIS LOCATION.

In other THEORIES-related developments, on Saturday March 21st, 2015, the band will be hosting KISW 99.9 Metal Shop. Stream it live at THIS LOCATION from 10:00pm - 2:00am PST. On Tuesday, March 24th,, the day Regression drops, Axler and bassist Kush Karimi will be hosting a DJ night at Linda's Tavern 9:00pm till 2:00am PST in Seattle where they'll be spinning the record in its entirety as well as other metal and non-metal tunes. Additionally, THEORIES is honored to level the stage of the Showbox in Seattle March 31st as area openers for the mighty Decibel Tour. Featuring At The Gates, Converge, Pallbearer and Vallenfyre, the performance will serve as the band's CD release show.

The THEORIES takeover continues on April 18th (Record Store Day) at Silver Platters in the SODO where the band will take part in a special in-store performance at 2:00pm PST, followed by a meet and greet and record signing. The following month, THEORIES will be headlining the Seven One Grind Fest in Colorado Springs with Capitalist Casualties, Weekend Nachos, Samothrace and more with further onstage debauchery to be announced in the coming weeks.

ENTRAILS: Swedish Death Metal Overlords To Unleash New Studio Offering This May Via Metal Blade Records

Preorders + Teaser Track Unveiled

Swedish death metal overlords, ENTRAILS, will unleash the putrid fruits of their newest studio offering this May via Metal Blade Records. Fittingly dubbed, Obliteration, the follow-up to 2013's Raging Death full-length was tracked by guitarist Jimmy Lundqvist at his own "Bloodshed Studios" and mixed and mastered by legendary musician/soundsmith Dan Swanö (Edge Of Sanity, Bloodbath, Aeon, Hail Of Bullets etc.) at Unisound. Featuring ten mangled tracks of sonic malevolence, Obliteration carries on the torch of true, old school Swedish brutality.

Comments Lundqvist: "Finally, we can unleash this beast named Obliteration to the fans out there, this time with a more driven and raw style that shall taste good to everyone's ears if you're into the older simplified death metal that we prefer to play. Recorded in our own Bloodshed Studios and mixed by the mighty Dan Swanö nothing else but slabby Swedeath can be served."

Obliteration Track Listing:
1. No Cross Left Unturned
2. Epitome of Death
3. Beyond the Flesh
4. The Grotesque
5. Obliterate
6. Skulls
7. Midnight Coffin
8. Bonestorm
9. Abyss of Corpses
10. Re-Animation of the Dead

Boasting members of Birdflesh and General Surgery, ENTRAILS celebrate the teachings of Dismember, Grave, Entombed and Tomas Skogsberg's Sunlight Studio alumni with a mutinous air raid of buzzsaw riffs, bestial vocal tirades, earth-rumbling rhythms and repugnant tales of suffering, doom and the undead with the expert brutality of their forefathers. The band was initially forged in 1990 by Lundqvist but disbanded prematurely due to his dissatisfaction with their initial demo recordings. Half the lineup went their separate ways while Lundqvist continued to write music until 1998, when ENTRAILS officially went dormant. It would be a full decade before the band would ascend from the grave when Lundqvist found the band's early recordings in an old tape collection and decided they deserved to be released as they should have been originally. With modern recording technology, the first two ENTRAILS demos -- Reborn and Human Decay -- finally took shape.

The band unleashed their menacing Tales From The Morgue debut in June of 2010. The album featured songs from both newly recorded demos and was mixed and mastered by Dan Swanö. 2011's delightfully repugnant The Tomb Awaits full-length would follow. The record reaped critical adoration from metallers and media outlets both stateside and abroad with No Clean Singing noting, "although massive distortion is (of corpse) the name of this game, Lundqvist enhances the morbid fascination of the music with near-clean, Dismember-ish, reverberating guitar solos that alternately slither, writhe, and moan seductively. Indeed, all of the multi-faceted guitar tones and riffing techniques on this album, and the way in which they're balanced in the mix with the gut-punching bass and the drum-kit attack, are near-textbook representations of how this genre of music should sound."

ENTRAILS joined the Metal Blade Records roster in March of 2012, leveling the stages of numerous festivals throughout Europe (Party.San, Summer Breeze etc.) that Summer before composing 2013's ravenous Raging Death full-length. It was then that Lundqvist moved his studio into the woodshed where it all began in the '90s. The new/old surrounding inspired Lundqvist to write material like never before. Released later that year, The New Noise crowned the record, "an absolutely perfect slab of catchy, violent Swedish death metal," while Stereogum commended it for being, "perfect for blasting, banging, and bashing." Added All Music, "What comes through right away is the guitar tone, with its perfect blend of thickness and crunch feeling like a portal to the days when the fat distortion that was the backbone of Swedish death metal was (and perhaps still is) the heaviest thing to come out of an amp. Immediately afterwards you're hit by just how punishing the album is. These songs aren't here to dazzle you with their speed or virtuosity. Instead, they offer up the fat slabs of classic riffage that seek only to crush the listener under their immense weight, bringing a muscularity to the table that's hard to fake."

Dubbed "one of the more vital and warranted demo collections to be made available" by Metal Injection in an 8/10 review, ENTRAILS dropped Resurrected From The Grave – Demo Collection last summer. The eighteen-track collection delivers the band's Reborn and Human Decay recordings – the now infamous demos that started it all in one venomous helping. And now comes the time for a new chapter in extremity with the audio disease of Obliteration.

Obliteration will see release via Metal Blade Record on May 15, 2015. For preorder bundles, visit
